The topic of our spring seminar this year will be “Business & beyond: Corporate Citizenship (CSR , Philanthropy, Art )” kindly hosted by the family Huts with their very interesting businesscase of "Katoennatie".
FBNet also host Next Gen members from France, the Netherlands and Suisse Romande to make it international!
Programme:
- 10.00: Welcome coffee in the family Huts offices in Antwerp
- 10.30: A few words about Katoennatie and introduction to the port operations by family Huts
- 11.00: Visit of the Port of Antwerp, with a special focus on the European Distribution Terminal and Katoennatie offices
- 13.00: Lunch
- 14.00: Vision of Art Collection by the Huts family, and visit of their beautiful collection
- 15.30: Testimonies of international Next Gen members: what mean CSR & Philantropy in their family businesses, moderated by Professor Jef Lievens
- 17.00: Debate and wrap-up
- 17.30: Closure and drinks. For the ones interested, an optional dinner in a restaurant in Antwerp will be organised after.
