The Nomination Committee looks after and addresses all possible conflicts of interest pertaining to board of director’s position. The Nomination Committee encourages the rotation on the board and regularly seek new applications from chapters.

| | Philip Aminoff is Chairman of Electrosonic, an international company specialising in advanced audio-visual solutions for themed entertainment, presentation spaces and control rooms.
Philip is also a member of the board of Finnish family businesses Veho (automotive trade), Helvar (lighting electronics), Fastems (factory automation) and Paulig (coffee, spices and ethnic foods), and a member of the supervisory board of Tapiola Mutual Insurance Company.
Philip is President of European Family Businesses-GEEF, a federation of national Family Business Associations from twelve European countries. He is also a member of the Business Chamber of EPG, the EU Enterprise Policy Group, and of the Growth Initiative Working Group of the Finnish Government.
In 2005 Philip headed the Family Business Working Group of the Finnish Ministry of Trade and Industry. In 2007 he was appointed a member of the EU Expert Group on Family Business.
Philip holds an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau) and a M.Sc. (Econ.) from Hanken School of Economics (Helsinki). He is a Member of the Finnish Association of Professional Board Members and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors in the United Kingdom. He is married with three children and lives in Helsinki, Finland. |

Matteo is an active member of AidAF the Italian FBN chapter where is responsible for educational programmes. He was also one of the members of a project team within FBN that prepared next generation initiatives, resulting amongst others in the Next Generation Working Group. |
