Next Generationers face those challenges on a daily basis.
But how many people can expect to inherit an ownership share in a sizeable family business, or become involved in managing one? The number is very small and if you are in this rare situation, and want to look outside your family for support, who will provide assistance?
Many of our friends from outside family businesses simply do not understand the unique challenges and opportunities that face those of us in the Next Generation. That’s why our international network of peers – stretching across 45 countries – is so valuable.
At FBN-NxG we provide a worldwide network dedicated to Next Generation members. It allows them to share their experiences and concerns, improve their international awareness and learn from people of the same age group. It helps them gain the skills and support that will strengthen success.
