Pre-Summit and Family Business Visits - Thursday September 30th
Pre-Summit events include an opportunity to visit Chicagoland-area family businesses, a first time attendees Meet & Greet and an exploration of today's most pressing public policy issues that threaten innovation and universally challenge the success and continuity of the family enterprise.

Family Business Owners Program - Friday October 1st, Saturday October 2nd
This program is open to CEOs, family executives, board members, non-family executives and all other family members.

Next Generation Program - Friday October 1st, Saturday October 2nd
This targeted program is for those between the ages of 18-39 who have:
- not entered the family business, are still in the education process or have not yet decided about the first working experience.
- decided to join the family business, are in the early phase of working for the business and would like to develop skills in conflict management, negotiation, communication and more.
- are in the advanced stages of the succession process where the baton will soon be passed on, and would like to develop leadership and entrepreneurial spirit.

Social Entrepreneurship Day - Sunday October 3rd
This post-Summit event provides the opportunity to visit and learn from prominent social entrepreneurs.
