Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be sent directly to FBN by letter, fax or email.
Above terms will apply. All refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the summit.
 Before April 15th, 2010: Full refund less $250 handling fee (per person registered)
 Between April 16th and August 1st, 2010: 50% of total registration fee is refunded
 After August 1st, 2010: No refund except “force majeure”
Disclaimer
All best endeavours will be made to present the 21st FBN Summit programme as advertised. However, the organisers reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or items relating directly or indirectly to the programme due to any reason beyond their reasonable control. The organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. Swiss law rules the legal relationship in connection with the organisation and the participation to the 21st FBN Summit. For any dispute, Lausanne shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction and appeal to the "Tribunal Fédéral" is reserved.
